**Your New Role**:
The People Operations Consultant connects with and supports managers and employees during professional and personal moments that matter. This role is key to making Australian Unity a great place to work. As part of the broader People & Culture function, the People Operations Consultant provides trusted advice and enables changes that support our workforce to thrive.
**Your New Role**:
- Effectively identify and assess ‘customer’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Achieve team and individual call/ticket handling targets
- Call quality reviews
- Effective resolution of complaints/issues within service level agreements
- Ensure accurate and timely management of employment changes through HRIS and supporting documentation
- Performance within service level agreements
- Work closely with the P&C Business Partnering team to ensure seamless service to their business areas

**About You**:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline highly regarded
- Experience interpreting industrial agreements and providing advice in highly regulated environments Experience with Success Factors highly desirable
- Strong customer service experience
- Well developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport, interact effectively at all levels and provide support and advice
- Take initiative to make decisions and improvements
- Collaborative and Can-do attitude
