Our client operates a group of companies that form a one-stop shop encompassing healthcare, employment, training, real estate, and media organisations. The marketing team at our client has been instrumental in their continuous success, consistently exceeding quarterly targets over the last four years. They are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join the marketing team to further their achievements.

**Position Overview**

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dedicated marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. Your role is pivotal in boosting community interaction, engaging with customers and stockholders and spearheading innovative campaigns to expand their customer base.

With your profound knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Google AdWords, you will be responsible for developing content and strategies. These will drive brand growth, generate specific product leads and enhance social media engagement, ultimately attracting new customers to our platform.

You will shape their organisation's social media content and strategy in this role. Your mission is to increase visibility, foster engagement with our valued customers and clients, and manage the publication of diverse digital content formats, such as articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, podcasts, and more.

Furthermore, you will oversee campaigns across various social media platforms, crafting compelling content, analysing user data, nurturing online and offline client relationships, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Your multifaceted role will be crucial in achieving our digital marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The social media specialist will be entrusted with a diverse array of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Establishing and nurturing the online presence of the brand across various social media platforms.
- Consistently generating, editing, publishing, and disseminating compelling content daily, covering various formats, including original text, images, videos, and news updates.
- Overseeing the creation, execution, and meticulous monitoring of marketing campaign budgets.
- Collaborating effectively with media and sales teams to enhance the outcomes of marketing efforts.
- Measuring key performance indicators, such as website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rates, and the return on investment for advertising expenses.
- Coordinating closely with the digital marketing team to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
- Preparing comprehensive reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Utilising advanced analytics software to identify key customer touchpoints and evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
- Engaging actively with the online community, promptly responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
- Overseeing and delivering online campaigns tailored to each state, stimulating transaction growth and increasing client frequency.
- Establishing and maintaining a robust presence on various social media platforms.
- Efficiently managing social media influencers, encompassing both paid and contra arrangements, to bolster brand recognition, enhance engagement, and boost followers.
- Regularly monitoring and analysing content click-through rates.
- Leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other pertinent digital marketing solutions.
- Formulating innovative strategies to increase traffic to the company's websites, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the user journey as required.
- Staying well-informed about emerging social media platforms, evolving web technologies, and the latest trends in digital marketing, actively implementing these innovations when enhancing and updating ongoing campaigns.
- Consistently monitor, analyse, and deliver reports on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives using various analytical tools and platforms. This approach enables the provision of data-driven recommendations aimed at facilitating continuous improvement.
- Compiling and presenting monthly reports on organic and paid social media performance, involving discussions of key insights and recommendations with the Marketing Manager and the team.
