**Job Description**:
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Lead to join our Resources and Industrials team based in Forrestfield WA. As a Supply Chain Lead you will effectively supervise and organize routine and daily operations of the Perth Supply Base and provide oversight for all WA customer facilities staffed by Toll employees.

As the Supply Chain Lead, you will:

- Supervise & coordinate employees/subcontractors ensuring all resources are employed efficiently & all activities are performed safely, accurately in accordance with customer requirements.
- Develop & maintain a professional & motivated employee group Including Management of recruiting, Onboarding, & rostering of staff for all customer facilities.
- Prepare & facilitate multiple weekly/monthly customer & employee group meetings.
- Assist with staff training in relation to customer-based systems & processes.
- Provide insight & supervision for the safe and efficient Transportation of materials according to legislative requirements.
- Management of warehouse functions across all facilities in line with contracted KPI’s Including Identification, planning & implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 5 + Years Experience/knowledge of Warehousing and Distribution operations is essential, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- 2 + Years Experience leading a team of 20+ employees, preferably across multiple facilities, Including resource management/coordination.
- Advanced SAP or equivalent ERP/WMS Knowledge, Including proficient use of Microsoft programs.
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or similar is highly desirable.
