An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced Logistics Officer based in our Forrestfield facility, to provide timely and cost-effective Logistics solutions for our Drilling Customers, Regional Branches and Drilling Services Division.


Want to know a little more about the role? Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Domestic logistic bookings and coordination
  • Obtaining Quotations
  • Freight bookings including end to end delivery tracking
  • Coordinate with customers for order prioritization and management of transportation
  • Provide a high level of service to drilling customers, branches and maintain a close working relationship with users
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Support the International Freight desk team
    A few other things we're looking for:
  • Industry knowledge of the Australian Logistics Network
  • Specialist knowledge of TMS Systems
  • Data Entry and Record Management experience
  • Sound written and oral communication skills, good organisational skills and a good level of computer literacy (Intermediate Excel skills)
  • Experience in the Transport, Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods
  • A strong desire to succeed with a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
  • The ability to work Permanently in Australia
  • Able to obtain a National Police Clearance
