We are now looking for an** Influencer Talent Coordinator** who will play a key role in developing and executing our influencer strategy, broadening our online community, and engaging with our audience across various platforms.

You will be passionate about luxury travel, possesses a deep understanding of influencer marketing & social media trends, and have the skills to help build our social community

**You will be responsible for**:

- ** Talent Engagement**:Identify, select & engage with celebrities, influencers & content creators who want to partner with Luxury Escapes to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
- ** Influencer Marketing Strategy**: Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and values.
- ** Talent Communication**: Manage all influencer communications across our brand channels from outreach to creating briefs, approving and sharing content etc.
- ** Influencer Content Calendar**:Maintain a well-structured influencer content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all social media platforms in line with the wider social strategy.
- ** Community Engagement**: Foster meaningful connections with our audience by actively engaging with followers and influencers, responding to comments and messages.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track the success of influencer campaigns and initiatives.
- ** Trend Monitoring**:Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.

**What we are looking for**:

- Commercial experience in influencer marketing either brand or agency side.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for luxury travel and a deep understanding of the industry.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging and innovative influencer strategies
- Strong analytical skills to measure the success of influencer campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
