**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

To provide administrative support and aid your development in the transport and logistics industry over a period of time by providing data entry and administrative support across the business departments such as Billing, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Data Entry - Freight and Cold store administration, driver fatigue and heavy vehicle compliance, Debrief, PODs, Receivals, Pallet Control and Customer Service departments.
- Data Entry of - con notes, manifest, POD
- Scanning paperwork into the system
- Debriefing of drivers paperwork
- Completing daily cross checks and reconciliation of trip pack paperwork (logbook vs Fatigue sheet, Pallet documentation etc )
- Reviewing log sheets and validating any down time to remove time wastage
- inputing orders
- Sorting connotes by destinations by trips
- Process and charge connotes
- Generate and issue invoices to customers
- Respond to customer queries

- Previous experience in a transport or logistics role advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
