Reporting to [insert Position Title], the position includes the following responsibilities:

- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Professional management of incoming calls
- PA duties to State Manager
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Arranging Couriers as requested
- Data entry
- Providing support to Administration team
- General administrative duties
- Ordering stationary and other supplies as requested
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Ensure reception area/meeting rooms are presentable at all times
- Manage the phone directory
- Ad hoc tasks as required
