Salesforce Technical Lead

Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate and align with platform architects, product/BAs to translate business requirements into smart solutions on Salesforce
- Should have hands-on experience in Aura and LWC.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions including integrations with other enterprise software solutions
- Build and develop web services using REST, SOAP, and other Salesforce APIs to support various integration points with other systems
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, peer code review, deployment, and support
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 3+ Years of travel domain experience is must.
- 5+ Years of experience working in an enterprise IT environment
- 5+ years experience providing data solutions to eCommerce platforms and related tools and experience in handling a team of greater than 5
- Experience assisting in both backend and frontend solutions for web, cloud, or mobile development teams.
- Experience working on Salesforce Portal, Communities, and/or CloudCraze(Nice to have)
- Ability to translate business requirements into a technical design that can be understood and implemented
- Advanced technical analysis and process definition skills
- Experience translating designs and wireframes into responsive interfaces using modern web technologies (CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript)
- Experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks (e.g., React, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Salesforce Lightning Design System, Ionic, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP Web services
- Understand best practices and SFDC coding standards
- Experience with OO programming with an MVC architecture
- Salesforce or Java/J2ee background.
**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Byron Bay NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
