**About the Role**
The Program Delivery Manager is a hands-on leadership position within the Teaching and Learning Team of the Melbourne Law School (MLS). This role manages the program delivery team which oversees the student lifecycle between the admission and graduation stages and provides high level support, advice and service to the Manager - Teaching and Learning, Deputy Dean, Associate Deans and Assistant Deans, students and visitors of the Melbourne Law School and the Melbourne School of Government (MSoG).

**Who we are looking for**
We're looking for someone who has outstanding organisational skills, able to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met. You should have a great eye for detail, able to see the big picture and work toward overall goals, while also focusing on the little things that are critical to operational excellence. You are no stranger to continuous improvement, constantly on the lookout for new ways to operate or increase efficiencies within existing processes.

You will also have:

- A relevant post graduate qualification with relevant experience in a similar position; and/ or equivalent mix of education/training and significant relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage effectively, independently and for a team, taking interdependencies across multiple work functions into account
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of commitment to high quality client service principles
