Working from our spacious, open-plan, light-filled and newly refurbished office in the Federal Mills Business Precinct, you will find yourself at home surrounded by luscious indoor greenery, forward-thinking team members and real people from real walks of life.

With this newly created role, you will be the go-to team members for all things marketing administration. You will assist with research and strategy building and be a wizard in planning and implementations for all things branding and social and most of all, you won't be afraid to push the boundaries.

So, what does a typical day in the life of a marketing assistant look like? While we can guarantee no two days will be the same, this could be you...
- Working closely with the head of our Marketing Department;
- Monthly report building and generating across all four departments;
- Manage, schedule and create content for social media channels;
- Contribute to copywriting for newsletters, EDMs, blog posts and website updates;
- Assist with building and executing internal and external events;
- Assist with building and maintaining our community sponsorship partnerships;
- Working closely with our SEO team to achieve targets for keywords;
- Follow, maintain and execute all internal and external branding ensuring consistency across all communications and departments; and
- Additional marketing administration support as required across the wider business and individual departments.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Experience working in a professional services firm is a bonus, but not required;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail;
- Knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) a bonus;
- Experience using WordPress;
- Ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment, working on multiple projects at any given time; and
- Have rights to work in Australia.

**Salary + Applying**

Salary will be paid commensurate with experience, however, an indicative commencement range would be: $50,000 - $65,000 pro-rata.
