**About Liquor & Gaming NSW**

Liquor & Gaming NSW administers the regulatory framework for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered clubs’ sectors in NSW. This includes undertaking compliance and enforcement activities, providing policy advice to government, licensing certain activities and delivering industry support and education activities.

**About the role**

The Branch Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative and coordination services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support the unit's program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations and governance obligations. Gathering and collating information for and preparing documentation and reports on business unit performance and maintaining records database for the business unit.

**A**bout you**
- You are a collaborator, team player and autonomous worker, negotiator and proactive decision maker
- You can work across business units to deliver better outcomes for the whole of the agency
- You have demonstrated experience in co-ordinating and managing records systems in Teams, Salesforce, Excel and Trim (CM10), complying with administrative systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes and techniques as required.
- You have excellent communication verbal and written skills and experience in presentation software, for example PowerPoint and Visio
- You have demonstrated experience in the delivery of quality administrative services, while balancing competing client demands and priorities.
- You have strong stakeholder negotiation and communication skills
- You have demonstrated experience in supporting senior managers in managing calendars and other reporting responsibilities
- Your attention to detail is highly developed and you can proactively anticipate unforeseen issues, advising senior managers of emerging or potential issues that could impact on the reputation and the service delivery of the business unit.
