**Your Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time, Client Services Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. You will be working 4 days/week, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays during business hours.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Client Services Assistant/Receptionist to join our Client Floor team. Based in the Adelaide CBD, this role will primarily deliver first class reception and wait service to our Client Floor. Although based at Reception, the role will be assisting in all areas of client service.

Reporting to the Corporate Services Team Leader, your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Provide a highly professional Reception experience for our clients, staff and visitors
- Enter meeting room bookings and associated catering requirements into our Event Management System (EMS)
- Proactively follow up bookings with catering to confirm numbers
- Process invoices and other relevant admin tasks
- Be the first point of contact for all AV queries and associated services
- Assist with room set-ups, including moving furniture and opening/closing wall panels
- Assist with catering and service for our meeting rooms
- Assist with ordering and stock management
- Adhere to all firm policies and procedures, in particular confidentiality and WH&S, including Covid Safe Policies

**More About You**
- 1-3 years' experience as a waiter and/or receptionist in a professional services environment
- Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
- Experience working in a fast paced environment delivering premium service and offerings
- Barista and coffee making skills would be an advantage
- Being tech savvy would be an advantage
- Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Word and Excel
- A strong commitment to teamwork and reliable
- Food Safety supervisor certificate, R.S.A. Competency card, First Aid Certificate and Fire Warden experience would be an added bonus
