What does the job look like?

The Linfox Retail team provide innovative and industry leading warehousing and distribution services for Australia’s leading supermarket and department stores. Our New South Wales business is seeking an Account Manager to maintain and foster a highly successful key customer relationship, whilst ensuring we are meeting our contractual obligations and delivering productive outcomes operationally.

Key Areas:

- Prepare presentations for internal and external working sessions and quarterly reviews, including analysis of results and commercials attached, ensuring delivered results are meeting client requirements and expectations
- Set priorities, budgets and plans to achieve overall strategy, goals and targets.
- Ensure sound working relationships between Linfox and Customer teams at all levels thus enabling the smooth, safe and efficient and profitable operation of the contracts
- Promote and encourage sites and the customer to actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Ensure all hazards and risks are identified, evaluated and controlled in accordance with Linfox Safety Policy and Procedures and any customer requirement
- Make sure front line or work group leadership have a customer first mindset and the operation is set up to put the customer first especially when linking with other operations or business.

Are you the one?

We are looking for strong and highly effective communicators that ideally have a prior background in a similar role within transport operations or broader Supply Chain. We require individuals that are analytically minded and possess a strong commercial acumen. You must also demonstrate:

- Proven logistics and E-Commerce expertise in 3PL/4PL
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and exposure to logistic management systems.
- Successful P&L experience, demonstrating financial acuity in logistics.
- Impeccable personal presentation, paired with strong communication skills for professional representation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept in stakeholder management and presentations.
