Purpose of Role:
The Export Documents Controller will be responsible for creating all required documentation for export shipping and process export delivery notes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process the assigned Export shipments and create all necessary shipping documentation.- Active involvement in development of shipping and export procedures for branch export shipment.- Coordinate with the Finance Department on the reconciliation of invoices.- Processing goods issued delivery documents.- Participating in End of Month reporting and order processing.- Providing ad-hoc assistance to other team members as required.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Working within in a similar role.- Exposure to Logistics, Supply Chain and Freight Forwarding environments will be highly advantageous.- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Be a team player, with a willingness to help others.- A desire to learn and grow further.- Strong communication skills, be highly organised and a team player.- Must be able to cope under pressure and handle a high volume of workload.- Experience with SAP, Ozdocs will be highly advantageous, but non-essential.- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites will be advantageous.
