What does the job look like?

The Team at Marsden Park are seeking a positive, driven individual to help us oversee all operational pallet control activities. As a Pallet Controller you will be responsible for the efficient management of pallets within our operation. This is a permanent full time role working Monday - Friday. Key areas:

- Participating and committing to Safety Standard and COR requirements at all times
- Monitoring pallet inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock availability
- Coordinating pallet deliveries and collections with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of pallet transactions and associated documentation
- Resolving any pallet-related issues or disputes in a timely manner
- Coordinate stock takes.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with 2IC and SAP
- Demonstrated relationship development between Transport, Warehouse and Customer
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of pallet management systems and processes is preferred
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
