**Your new role**

You will be an APS6 Project Officer

Key responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to proactive and reactive regulatory activity to promote regulatory compliance in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Conducting research and analysis, including local regulatory intelligence, to contribute to insights, organisational knowledge and solving of systemic regulatory challenges
- Supporting the design and implementation of regulatory campaigns
- Utilising planning methodologies to implement and report against multiple compliance campaigns and projects
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as and actively participate in teamwork and group activities.
- Undertaking regulatory compliance actions in response to identified non-compliance and new, existing and emerging risks.
- Preparing high quality project reports, briefing papers and executive correspondence for presentation to senior staff.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar position
- Experience in project support roles across large organisations ideally within the public sector
- Applicants for this role MUST be Australian citizens and have the ability to obtain a baseline level security clearance
