**Are you seeking a role in Information and Technology Services division**?**

The Facilities and Asset Manager plays a pivotal role in optimising our facilities and asset management processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure seamless operations and drive performance improvements. This role requires a strong background in facilities management, asset management, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with site management, drive cultural alignment and positive change to enhance operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities***:

- Develop/Improve Reporting for Facilities Management

- Site Visits and Relationship Building
- Identify Areas of Improvement
- Self-Management

**Selection Criteria**:
This role requires strong leadership, highly developed relationship management skills and a track record of achieving growth through effective business development and marketing.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- NDIS Worker Screening Check

**Qualifications**

A Tertiary/Post Graduate qualification in facilities management, business, engineering, or a related field is often preferred. This provides a foundational understanding of management principles, operations, and facilities-related knowledge.
