**We will count on you to**:
- Support the maintenance of effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
- Provide assistance in all aspects of client service and assisting with the management of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high quality customer service.
- Build relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor through face-to-face client meetings
- Maintain the up-to-date management of databases, information systems and organisation company records.
- Liaise with Operations Team to process invoicing and related policy documentation.
- Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.
**What you need to have**:
- Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 2 plus years preferable.
- Completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification
- Professional indemnity insurance experience an advantage however not essential
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a client facing role.
- The ability to learn new skills and concepts.
