**Your Opportunity**

Our Administration and Intake Officers are critical to the success of our team. In this role, you will perform a range of high-level administrative duties to support the efficient and effective running of the region including facilitating the intake, referral and access process for our Family Preservation Program, accounts payable, client brokerage, and reporting processes. You will provide high-level administrative support requiring a high degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Facilitate the administrative referral process for Family Preservation Program.
- Provide support in administration processes for the Sustaining Tenancies in Social Housing Program.
- Complete a range of complex administration tasks as required including timesheets, spreadsheets, memos, minutes and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager as requested, including fleet management, drafting policy and procedures and work health and safety
- Prepare high level documents as required including meeting minutes, agendas, reports for managers, and quality program compliance
- Complete processing of financial transactions as required, including journals, petty cash and accounts payable

**Requirements for Success**
- Certificate III Business Administration preferred
- Minimum three years’ experience in a high level administrative role
- Competent in using computer packages such as Office 2000 including Word and Excel
- Experience working in a complex, high work volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity towards disadvantaged clients
- Current Driver’s Licence
