Anglicare is seeking expressions of interest for the **Retirement Village Administration Officer position.** This role is crucial in supporting the Retirement Village Community Manager by ensuring the efficient operation of the administration office and compliance with Anglicare's policies and procedures.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Retirement Village Community Manager, including general administration, reception duties, and coordinating payroll activities.
- Record, process, and monitor repairs and maintenance requests, engage contractors, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Foster positive relationships and maintain regular communication with residents regarding the progress of repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with maintaining marketing and sales records, following up on inquiries, conducting inspections, and preparing contracts for new residents.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience in Administration and/or Sales/Marketing: Desired, particularly in coordination roles.
- Demonstrated empathy for helping older, vulnerable people.
- Provan experience with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of financial processes will be well regarded.
- Understand relevant legislation and injury management principles.

- Valid Driver's Licence
- On-site position
