  • Due to internal movement, we have a permanent position, along with a 12 month Fixed Term Parental Leave Contract available (please state in your cover letter if you're open to a particular opportunity, or both)._


As the Communications Campaign Manager, you will execute and report on communication campaigns across various channels including eDM, DM, SMS and outbound calls delivered via our marketing automation platform.

The campaigns ensure all audiences are informed of key updates and changes regarding their relationship with us.

This role is crucial to ensuring we remain compliant with our obligations under the PHI Act, as well as ensuring a positive experience, through education and empowerment by providing succinct, accurate and informative communication and collateral.


This function supports Australian Residents Health Insurance, International Students and Workers, all white label brands, GU Health, new markets accessed via P2P and our Providers.
