**About the role**:
At Coles, our Distribution Centres play a key role in moving products through our Supply Chain, to provide extraordinary in-store shopping experiences for our customers.

We are looking for **Training Specialists** to join our brand-new Automated Distribution Centre

These are incredible opportunities to be involved in the commissioning of our second Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) which will use world-class technology to modernise our Supply Chain. Epic in scale and design, our new facility represents the future of logistics.

Located in Kemps Creek, New South Wales, our new facility will deliver outstanding service level fulfilment to our stores. Critical to the site’s success, are our people who will enable seamless operational delivery.

As a Training Specialist, working closely with the Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering training programs to new team members, ensuring their safety and success. You will also have the opportunity to identify additional training for existing team members to drive continuous improvements. This is your opportunity to make a real impact.

**About you, your skills and experience**:

- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (mandatory).
- Forklift license (highly desired).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
- Ability to work varying shift hours.
- Professional work experience in Training and/or Learning and Development role, preferably in Supply Chain (Logistics or Manufacturing).
- Experience in facilitating induction programs, on-the-job technical skills training and blended learning solutions in operational environments.
- Experience in assessing workplace competencies.
- Genuine interest in the growth and learning of others.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, present, influence, coach, and manage relationships with trainees and various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads, prioritise work, and perform under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to flex and deal with constant changes to work assignment or priorities, as dictated by business needs.
