We are looking for someone to join the Procurement team for a 4-week temporary role.
The Asset Maintenance Officer will ensure the Fleet Inventory Record is validated and accurate.
This is a great opportunity to get exposure to Procurement - Fleet Management and Operations of The Salvation Army (TSA).
- Key responsibilities- Outbound calls to TSA sites to validate Inventory report.-
- Organise data into Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.-
- Cross-check and verify data accuracy to maintain a high level of data integrity.-
- Exercise meticulous attention to detail in data entry, verification, and validation processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.-
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, always adhering to confidentiality protocols.Qualifications and skills (desired/required)- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel-

- Think Analytically and Solve Problems: Finds and checks information needed to complete own work tasks; shares ideas about ways to improve work tasks and solve problems; identifies ways to improve systems or processes which are used by the team/unit/department.

- This role will give volunteers an opportunity to continue to develop skills and build experience in administration, use of systems and software, reporting and some volunteer engagement activities. Additionally, there will be access to a range of training opportunities and insight to the work of a large not-for-profit religious organisation with expressions in many different areas of society.
