**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct (Gap and Impact) Analysis of current state Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans against ISO 22301/27031 Standards.
- Lead and influence ITB peers, vendors and business owners to:

- Lead, review existing, develop and continuously improve all related documentation and provide training on Disaster Recovery procedures, ownership and accountability to all relevant resources with ITB and our respective vendors.
- Develop and perform periodic audits of existing Disaster Recovery Plans ensuring alignment to commercial / contractual agreements and report to ITB Leadership on any improvements that need to be made.
- Develop monthly reporting and governance in conjunction with respective peers for presentation to ITB leadership and Business representatives.
- Where appropriate, ensure Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) are in place to address any risks relating to delivery of service in line with the schedules and service levels.
- Maintain all documentation and procedures relating to all aspects of all Disaster Recovery services provided to the business.

The following Skills, knowledge and experience is highly desirable:

- Tertiary qualiification in a relevant field
- Extensive Disaster Recovery Planning experience with clear evidence of leading change/improvements within an Enterprise Organisation
- Familiar with Risk Management Framework Methodology
- Very strong communication skills: oral, written presentation and facilitation
- Ability to think and act strategically and tactically
- Technical understanding with ability to translate into business concepts
- ITSM and/or CMMI knowledge and experience
- Ability to understand and analyse an issue or problem to develop and implement a corrective action plan
- Understanding of budgegt mangaement, financial concepts, contractural knowledge and reporting skills
- Experience using influence and negotiation skills
- Research Ability
