This role has not only involved the precise timing of many different sports and disciplines, but also the consistent development and evolution of the vital equipment that today’s athletes rely on.

**The Role**

We are committed to support our Watch Technicians gain the necessary skills and knowledge to become experts in the field to ensure precision and accuracy in watch mechanics while providing excellent customer service to our valued customers.

This role will be responsible for
- Perform services on OMEGA movements and products in line with OMEGA working instructions and standards
- Perform checks on work to guarantee the highest quality mechanical standards for the end customer
- Assemble timepieces, ensuring water resistance according to model specifications, checking and regulating the timing of mechanical movements to ensure accurate rate, amplitude, beat error, and power reserve
- Uncasing - Removal of movement and casing components from case
- Washing - Ultrasonic cleaning of case and bracelet
- Case Up - Re-assembly of casing components to ensure water resistance
- Bracelet / strap intervention or exchange
- Quick battery and pressure test
- Regulation of mechanical movement
- Complete disassembly and ultrasonic clean of case
- Reassembly with guarantee to water resistance and perform QC testing in line with OMEGA working instruction (PEWI)

The person in this role would need to have the following skills and experience
- Satisfactory results of a watchmaking apprenticeship course or minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to perform complete movement exchange of Quartz and Mechanical watches preferred
- Experience in case preparation, disassembly and quality control preferred
- Proficient in basic computer knowledge, SAP / similar ERP system, Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Interpersonal skills; team player
- Excellent organisation, time, and priority management skills
- Ability to competently undertake multiple tasks
