MAYDAY Recruitment is currently looking for a self-driven and competent Trainee Recruitment Consultant to kickstart their career and join our sociable and supportive team

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Find and build long-lasting professional relationships within the construction and blue collar industries
- Writing job ads to be posted on social media and other sourcing platforms
- Collaborating with the compliance team for reference checking and document gathering
- Managing applicant tracking systems
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice

**Training**:

- Highly individualised training to help develop your recruitment skills
- Dedicated in-house Training Manager

- Previous experience in construction is desired
