**About the Role**:

- Conduct reference and background checks
- Attend client meetings to take detailed job brief's and build strong relationships
- Market mapping and research to understand your industry and uncover new opportunities
- "Farm" existing clients to gain work in different departments
- "Hunt" for new business with potential clients who may have future recruitment needs (not all roles require this)
- Administrative tasks such as updating the database and obtaining compliance documents
- All experience will be considered as personality and work ethic is key to be a successful consultant
- Experience within a customer-focused role of any description is highly desirable
- An internally motivated person who is driven to achieve
- A passion for people with a sense of curiosity - be able to delve deeper once given the tools
- A solutions-focus and growth mindset
- A desire to learn and build a new career
- Ex athletes, sales consultants, call centre reps, hospitality and retail managers and anyone in a corporate role looking for a change in career are all encouraged to apply
