Are you ready to take the helm of an essential operation dedicated to empowering individuals through industry certification exams? Look no further We seek a dynamic Coordinator to lead our Pearson Test Centre team to new heights.

As the Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of managing day-to-day operations with precision and excellence. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high security, efficiency, and customer service standards. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Key Contact for Pearson VUE: Serve as the primary liaison between our Test Centre and Pearson VUE, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to standards.

Workflow Management: Efficiently manage internal workflows, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

Team Rostering: Build and manage a dedicated team of casual staff, ensuring adequate coverage and support for testing sessions.

Administration and Housekeeping: Oversee all administrative tasks and maintain a pristine testing environment to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Brand Image Enhancement: Take ownership of enhancing our brand image through impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures.

**Salary**: $75,906 to $81,566 p.a. (pro-rata) plus Superannuation
- Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate_.
