We are looking for a talented marketing professional with performance marketing capabilities and an aptitude for digesting clinical and technical information to join a progressive team reporting directly into the Head of Marketing.

The Product Manager, Surgical will be responsible for managing a core portfolio including lifecycle management and market preparation for next generation technology. To be successful, you will be able to balance traditional and modern marketing principles to deliver exceptional customer experience. You will be able to demonstrate a strong business acumen, and have an ability to uncover key customer insights to shape strategy development through to tactical implementation.

Core Competencies

Marketing and Google Analytics - Routinely analyses data for a deeper understanding of the customer, sales territories, brand and market, and effectively utilise to make informed decisions to drive results

Portfolio and Brand Strategy - Deliver on the portfolio and brand strategy with clearly defined tactics for growth

Performance Marketing - Be a thought-leader by driving performance marketing initiatives with effective use of data-analytics and CRM ownership that enables tailored customer engagement and experience

Marketing Operations - Own portfolio-wide initiatives to drive overall brand equity and awareness. This includes engaging agency partners to oversee Medical Education and Events, copy approval and digital resource availability and tracking, as well as coordinated advertising schedules for 360 campaigns

Leadership Qualities - Drive and ambition tempered with the right amount of humility to succeed. You will bring a positive attitude with ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking to overcome barriers to execution. Essential Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business and/or Science and/ or equivalent work experience- Strong business acumen and experience at working at all levels within an organisation- Effective time management, relationship building, story-telling both written and verbal, and creativity

Preferred Requirements- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, business and/ or healthcare roles such as medical device, pharmaceutical and/ or ophthalmology viewed favourably. Although, other experience such as start-ups and innovation will be considered- A MBA and/ or Masters in Digital Marketing viewed favourably- Anatomy and healthcare industry knowledge- Proven experience working in sales or working closely with a sales team to deliver on business objectivesWhy Join Us:
