As the Senior Performance and Reward Consultant, you will contribute to the further development and implementation of the total reward strategy and frameworks that support Zurich’s performance and reward objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business and other HR team members on all performance, remuneration, and benefits matters, developing fit-for-purpose solutions based on business needs. In addition, you will play a key role in both the delivery of cyclical reward programmes and total reward related projects and initiatives.

**Important to your success - let's grow together**
- Extensive experience in remuneration, performance, and benefits practices across mid-size corporate organisations. Financial Services or Professional Services experience desirable.
- Solid understanding of Remuneration policy and processes including benchmarking, job evaluation, salary setting and management of incentive plans.
- Previous experience developing and supporting policies and processes underpinning a contemporary corporate remuneration and benefits framework.
- Experience with Salary Surveys and job evaluation methods, Hay preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound analytical skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
