As the Performance and Reward Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing reward strategies that align with Zurich's objectives. You will provide expert advice on performance, compensation, and benefits, delivering tailored solutions to meet business needs and overseeing various reward programs.

Key Requirements for Success - Let's Grow Together

  • Extensive experience in reward practices within corporate organizations, preferably in Financial or Professional Services.
  • Knowledge of remuneration policies, benchmarking, and incentive management.
  • Ability to develop and support contemporary remuneration frameworks.
  • Proficiency in salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on process improvement.
