The base annual salary is $83,186.48 + 10.5% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

**Description
The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) is Australia’s premier training ground for future leaders and practitioners in the dramatic arts. Located at Kensington in Sydney, it is a Centre of excellence in education and training. NIDA is unique in the world for its practice-based and industry-relevant training in the range that it offers which includes Acting, Design, Costume, Properties and Objects, Technical Theatre and Stage Management, Scenic Construction, Writing for Performance, Directing and Cultural Leadership.

**The Opportunity**

This role is responsible for optimizing student recruitment opportunities and events with a focus on building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Heads of Department, career advisors, drama and art teachers, Department of Education & Training, and other community, and arts organisations.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will have experience in education and training and you will have completed a degree in marketing/communications or relevant qualification.

You have experience in developing and implementing student recruitment or customer services strategies across digital and traditional channels, and posses a deep understanding of high school environments.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in interacting and building relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, are a must for this role.
