Conceirge/ Duty Supervisor

Full time, Monday to Sunday (38 hours per week, availability morning shift and evening shift)

We are looking for passionate people who are just excited about customer services as we are.

The focus of this role is to deliver industry leading concierge service to guests, specially students of UNSW. Our concierge act as the face of the USW Residential and provide a professional welcome to students.

This role also includes assisting Venue Supervisor and Site Operation Manager to remain the site, communicating between Manager and the guest, and providing exceptional service experiences that bonds UNSW RES to the students.

Key Accountabilities and Preferences:

- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
- Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, etc
- Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties
- Ensure a five-star standard of service at all times for clients, meet and greet all guests in a friendly, professional manner
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining quality
- Provide efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service
- Setup and reset specific catering buffets & function activities as directed.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of people
- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen and other areas of operation
- Responsible for the smooth running of daily operations
- Immaculate standard of personal grooming and presentation
- Ability to resolve complaints and escalate to management when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will have
- At Least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- A valid RSA
- Excellent Customer Service
- Must have driver license

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
