**Music Australia**

The creation of Music Australia is a vital part of Creative Australia. We will work with the commercial sector to extend investment beyond traditional grants funding models. Music Australia is the policy engine for the industry, building partnerships and expertise that will both support artists directly and benefit Australian audiences.

**The role**

Music Australia is on the lookout for a dynamic Engagement Manager to lead our brand into a new era of collaboration. Think of yourself as the lead vocalist of Music Australia’s brand, a cheerleader with strategic flair and a knack for nurturing stakeholder relationships.

Harness your contemporary music expertise to forge partnerships and devise engagement strategies that elevate our brand.

**Promote our cause**

Serve as Music Australia’s ambassador, sparking national conversations and driving initiatives that spotlight the development needs of our music industry.

**Cultivate Connections**

Grow our network of commercial and government partnerships while developing and maintaining a community of key industry stakeholders.

**Orchestrate Online Engagement**

Take the lead in launching and managing our social media presence, crafting engaging content that sings to our audience.

**Compose Compelling Content**

Armed with creativity, you’ll compose compelling narratives that showcase the vibrancy and innovation of Australian contemporary music.

**Collaborate for a Masterpiece**

Work together with our Communications team ensuring our strategies play together in perfect harmony.

**Measuring the Applause**

Work closely with our Evaluation team to track the impact of our activities, turning data into actionable insights.

- Salary of $102,649 per annum + 11% superannuation
