Canterbury Hotel is looking for a dynamic **Venue Manager.** We are searching for someone able to successfully run and manage the venue, and has the ability to manage the team in each shift.

**About the role**
- Lead a dynamic and motivated team
- Perform all aspects of restaurant service to the highest standard
- Be able to run a busy service and maintain high standards
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
- Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
- coordinating and optimizing front
- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
- supervising both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback
