**A little about us**

We are a Not-for-Profit (NFP) organisation with a team of roughly 130 people from many cultures, we provide out-of-home care to approx. 34 young people aged between 6-17 and we're continuing to grow.

We operate a licensed NFP service and have developed our own therapeutic framework to help create and support change in children and young people who have suffered serious trauma.

Our homes where these children live are on rural properties. They include animals and engagement with nature in our daily programs. We value connection and engagement over the use of technology within all our homes.

**About the opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity to join us, if successful you will be assisted with all documentation required.

As one of our team members, you'll have a vital role to play. You'll provide essential reporting and data entry work, helping to support your team.

You'll be working as part of the Administration team across regions. If you love to make a difference this might be the job for you.

**About you**

You will have life experience, patience, empathy, a great sense of humour, and resilience. You'll be the type of person that can easily build rapport with others within your regional team. Your initiative and proactive approach will be highly valued in your day-to-day work. You'll also need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and its affiliated apps, Windows 10 and the ability to work autonomously. Experience in human resource processes is desirable.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**You'll also need the following**:

- A P2 or Open valid driver's licence.
- Hold a minimum Certificate III or higher in Business or Business Management
- Sound judgment with the skills to manage risk and make tough decisions.
- Current Blue Card; or willingness to obtain.
- Current First-Aid and CPR certificates; or willingness to obtain.
- To complete small courses to be able to work within QLD child protection. (This will be supported by us).
