**Job Description**:
Who are you?

You are an innovative hybrid professional with a dual skill set in product management and design. Your wheelhouse includes designing compelling, intuitive user interfaces and managing the product lifecycle, making the complex feel simple. You thrive on creating exceptional user experiences and have a deep-rooted passion for bringing ideas to life.

What will you be doing?

As a Product Manager & Designer, you'll own the journey of our content creation suite of products, overseeing the strategy, design, and execution. You'll work closely with internal and external development partners, transforming your vision into reality and contributing directly to our customers' success.

What is the role?
- Directing the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical implementation.
- Designing user interfaces for our content creation tools that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure alignment between design and product development.
- Conducting market research to inform decision-making, understanding customer needs, and keeping a pulse on the competitive landscape.
- Using data to guide decision-making and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Crafting wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to bring your design ideas to life.
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback to iterate and improve the product experience continually.

- 3+ years of experience in product management; or
- 3+ years of experience in designing software products.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with content creation and design tools.
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field.
