They are expanding their talented team to include a dedicated Support Specialist for Major Accounts, who will ensure exceptional service levels for national and international clients.
**Job Summary**: As a Support Specialist for Major Accounts, you will provide expert support and customer service for our national clients using a deep understanding of products and platforms. This role involves managing complex queries, liaising with internal stakeholders, and conducting thorough research to resolve issues effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct detailed research and liaise with internal teams and external authorities to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.
- Record, analyze, and escalate client issues, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to meet and exceed customer service standards.
- Participate in major account projects, including international searches and specialized client requests.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and client management techniques.
- Experience in legal, conveyancing, or searching industries, with strong familiarity with searching systems and services.
- Proven track record of driving results and exceeding KPIs in a customer service environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex client issues.
- Strong planning, organization, and relationship-building skills.
