**Base salary from $201,000.00 plus super**

**About You**:
As an experienced people manager, you have demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams. Your experience will also include;
- Extensive experience trading on the Australian National Electricity Market (NEM)
- The ability to work with diverse stakeholders to drive outcomes
- A diligent eye for detail when managing contracts

**About the role**:
Based in our Hobart control room, you will lead a team of traders and analysts working shift roster with the goal of optimising dispatch into the NEM. Integral to our ability to dispatch is our bespoke software, your expertise will be crucial to the development of these technical solutions ensuring they’re fit for purpose. Strengthening and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as irrigators, gas suppliers and pipeline owners, including managing strategic contracts.
