As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a new member to our dynamic multi-cultural team. We have an opening for an Accounts Assistant to work on site.

**About the role**

We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Assistant. The role will involve a variety of bookkeeping and financial tasks to support the operations of Skyspan. It is an ongoing long-term role that also provides many opportunities for further advancement into other operational positions.

This role is critical to our work with varied tasks. On a daily basis you will be working on the following but not limited to:

- Assisting with accounts payable and receivables
- Answering debtor queries
- Debt Collection
- Invoicing customers
- Reconciling daily accounts
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, or staff on an ongoing basis as required
- Undertaking EOQ and EOFY activities and reporting

**Skills and experience**
- 1-2 years accounting role with exposure to accounts payable and bank reconciliations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities
- The ability to work autonomously with little direction
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player
- Preferable to have experience with NetSuite
