About the role:

- Manage a portfolio of Nike’s Key Accounts, by providing a premium customer experience, while driving sustainable growth and profitability, and optimizing order book productivity.
- Customer facing account management role, you will be working as the glue between the operations team and Nike’s top tier accounts
- Ensuring order book shipments are fulfilled
- Reporting, interpreting data, and risk opportunity analysis
- MS Office & SAP experience strongly desired
- Flexible working arrangements - 3 days in office, 2 days in home

About you:

- Background in major retail, sports, or fashion brand
- Experience in planning or retail or online marketplace, understanding of retail value chains, planning processes, strategic and key accounts, and supply chain operations
- Ability to manage large key accounts and build strong and trusted partnerships, navigate competing stakeholders, functional agendas and multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills
