**About our roles**
We are looking for qualified Support worker available Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10 am to 4 pm to provide assistance with activities of daily living and community access, preferably with epilepsy experience. Range of services provided include:
- Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
- Providing personal care
- Community access - Transporting clients to appointments and run errands
We provide services across many locations throughout the South Eastern region and the Mornington Peninsula. We have work available in **_Frankston, Seaford, Carrum Downs, Rosebud _**and surrounding areas, meaning you enjoy working close to home and in your local community

**In joining the team, you must have**:

- Be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- Be willing to travel between clients & have your own reliable transport and a driver's license.
- Up to date COVID Booster & Flu Vaccinations **(mandatory)**
