We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join us as Digital Product and Platform Lead.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Accountable for setting a clear local Digital Product & Platform strategy and delivery for Retail and Wealth strategy and collaborate closely with local, regional, and global teams to drive implementation and operationalization
- Responsible for driving the digital product and platform features and functions in the market ensuring alignment with the Global Value streams to build and deploy new Digital products
- Management of a team of Digital Product Managers ensuring Product Roadmaps and Agile artefacts are produced and updated
- Build a distinctive digital product strategy locally that will lead and deliver value across the key operating activities that span sales management, customer experience, content management, digital messaging and digital optimization
- Drive the overall performance and adoption of the features on the Digital Platform working closely across the Product, Customer Experience, Contact Centre, Network and Marketing teams
- Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach to execute change at pace with minimum conflict
- Seeks opportunities to integrate, simplify and streamline activity through involvement of teams in the geographic and functional matrix
- Works in a facilitative manner to build capability in progressing objectives, but does not lose sight of the profitability and productivity outcomes
- Ensure regular and positive engagement with key support functions such as Risk, Compliance and HR to ensure alignment of policies and plans necessary to deliver a demanding transformation benefit target

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 10+ years within Digital Product Management and leading a product function
- Clear understanding of the HSBC Global Value Stream process and procedures
- Strong personal links in the digital and finance industry
- Experience in both the developed and emerging markets technologies
- Keen understanding of products, services and underlying processes to fulfill.
- Strong commercial orientation, track record of balancing risks versus rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
- Basic understanding of HSBC core systems and integrations is preferred
