**Location: Parramatta and work from home**
**Contract: 6 Months from Start Date**
**Pay Rate: $500- $550 per day + Super**

**About the role**:
The role provides high-level project support and coordination to project teams by working collaboratively with project teams and coordinating project-related information, which supports the efficient and on-time delivery of
projects.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of project delivery documentation, the development of high-level programs and strategies, and monitoring all stages of delivery.
- Coordinate and compile information and prepare project and program reports which require identifying and collating relevant data from multiple sources.
- Develop presentations, fact sheets and other information documents.
- Assist in the collection and maintenance of project metrics and in organising and participating in site visits and other project-related events.
- Provide assistance and support as directed in elements of contract management, including preparing, issuing and responding to general correspondence relating to all aspects of contract management, including invoice processing and correspondence.
- Create and maintain files and documents as per records management procedures to enable efficient retrieval of information as required, and archive project files, accordingly, maintain efficient retrieval at

short notice.

**Required experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in project coordination/administration or expertise in a project delivery environment or knowledge of project delivery processes and reporting methods.
- Ability to work flexibly, meet deadlines within short time frames and manage changing priorities.
- Have worked in a Project Officer or Project officer role in Government
- Can work in Parramatta office/Hybrid WFH
- Excellent communication skills
