**The client**:
Our Client is a Property Landlord that offers an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager. This role is an exciting and dynamic role managing a portfolio of two Commercial Office Buildings in the CBD.

**The role**:
The role would focus on assisting in the management of the assets with a key focus on value add, financial analysis, and understanding clients' needs to best tailor investment strategy and management. The position would include assisting in overseeing a variety of functions across the asset performance and maintenance, your days will also include but not be limited to:

- Budgets & CAPEX forecasts ensuring delivery & reporting responsibilities
- Provide the full suite of property management functions
- Ensure company processes, procedures, and regulatory obligations are adhered to
- Be involved in the lease renewal & negotiation processes
