**The Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Operations Supervisor** to join our vibrant team in **Redbank**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct, monitor and manage the activities of team leaders
- Develop strategies and activities to support new & existing products and services
- Build relationships with customers and service groups
- Assess potential problem areas and co-ordinate solutions with functional managers
- Introduce and maintain effective day-to-day operations
- People management and leadership - motivating, staff absenteeism, performance issues and grievances

**About You**:

- 3+ years of experience in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry
- Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Specific Warehouse Management System skills and exposure to WH&S requirements
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, WMS)
- Awareness of current logistics systems, materials handling equipment and providers
- LF Forklift License would be beneficial (not essential)
