The Supervisor role involves coordinating a team of cleaners to provide quality cleaning services to Vivid client’s sites. The Supervisor will work closely with the Area Support Manager and Operations Manager. The Supervisor ensures that their cleaning team has the necessary training and equipment needed to perform their work. The Supervisor will comply with Vivid operational procedures and coordinate the execution of cleaning operations to meet site scope. The Supervisor will ensure that the cleaning standards are met and facilitate individual cleaner assessments as required. Facilitate Toolbox meetings and coordinate new equipment training and procedures. Comply with all WHS requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train, mentor and supervise cleaning staff at the site.
- Maintain a network of employees and suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Identify any problem areas affecting your area of responsibility and develop, implement, and monitor appropriate strategies to address these issues.
- Participate as an active member of the cleaning services team and lead/manage these personnel.
- Oversee all work order requests, supply ordering, labour scheduling, and implementing cost savings measures.
- Ensure Quality Assurance and WHS compliance.
- Manage chemical stock levels, equipment, and machinery operations.
- Complete regular audits across the site in a timely manner.
- Maintain and continually build on client relationships.
- Monitoring and reporting on service and compliance status and issues.
- Performing periodical works in a commercial cleaning environment

**Experience Required**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing cleaning staff in the commercial cleaning industry
- Demonstrated management experience, managing, and supporting a team
- Ability to lead in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment
- Excellent communication, organisational & prioritisation skills with a strong focus on time management and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong working relationship with key stakeholders in a busy environment
- Able to use own initiative and handle multiple tasks in a high paced environment
- Rostering skills, including managing shift changes
- Exceptional understanding of the cleaning industry and processes
- Quick and logical problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Valid police check
- Experience in technical equipment cleaning as found in a Warehouse Distribution Centre
