**Role Details**

Executive Services currently have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a **Project and Business Lead** on a **full time term basis until 30 June 2023**.
- Leading the development and implementation of project objectives, programs and contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of policies, programs and projects.
- Contributing to project outcomes by driving business objectives, prioritising workloads, developing and implementing project requirements and providing support to the team in order to achieve business objectives.
- Providing expert advice and fostering effective consultative and working relationships with a wide range of delivery partners and key stakeholders including DCP Executive, colleagues and other government agencies.

**About You**

We are looking for a confident individual who has experience in developing, leading and implementing successful programs of work and/or projects. You will have proven ability to identify and deliver strategic and operational outcomes in a sensitive and complex environment.

If you can work under broad direction and deal with conflicting priorities to achieve objectives and meet deadlines, have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a range of Executives and other key stakeholders, then this may be the role for you.

The Department for Child Protection (DCP) plays a key role in the protection of children, young people and their families within South Australia. The department provides support to vulnerable children and young people to be safe, strong and connected.
