I am working exclusively on an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join my fabulous client and work with a great and supportive team

**Role overview**:
This role will assist the HR team with administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle with a high level of accuracy. The role will also assist with the coordination of Learning & Development initiatives.

**Your day will look a little like this**:

- Coordinate key HR processes, onboarding, inductions & offboarding
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Assist with the yearly intake of interns & graduates
- Manage HR admin, including employment contracts, letters & reporting
- Maintain accurate records within personnel files & the HRIS
- Preparation of HR related documents, research & reports
- Assist with the coordination of annual processes
- Coordinate L&D activities
- Provide admin support to the WHS representative as required
- provide any additional administrative support to the HR Advisors

**Your experience will include the following**:

- 1 + years experience in an HR role or studying an HR related degree
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook
