Teacher - Agriculture

South West TAFE is a nationally-recognised education provider based in a thriving regional setting, in the heart of Victoria's Great Ocean Road region, with campuses in Warrnambool, Hamilton, Portland and Colac. The organisation has an opening available for an experienced Agricultural teacher to come on board.

**About the role**:
As a passionate agricultural educator who is seeking to develop and deliver sustainable and innovative programs, you will also have the chance to identify new markets and programs across the South West region. Some other duties will include:

- Design and delivery of non-accredited & accredited education for current and future agricultural programs
- Provide support to students, both potential and current, by assessing against required standards, accurately recording achievements and providing feedback on their performance
- Liaise with local farmers and build networks that allow participation in local events and field trips/visits to local farms
- Proactively engage with end to end student journeys, ensuring continuous improvement including training design, delivery and meeting governance expectations of programs

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Agriculture or extensive industry experience
- Minimum Certificate IV in Training & Assessing
- Employee Working with Childrens Check & Police Check
- Current drivers licence
- Intermediate Microsoft Office & relevant industry software knowledge and programs (desirable)
